English Justin（www.englishjustin.com）由 Justin Chen 經營，提供一對一線上英文課程。本政策說明我們如何收集、使用與保護資料。
我們收集的資料：你主動提交的聯絡與預約資訊（姓名、Email、電話、上課需求與訊息），處理課程付款所需的資料（由金流服務商處理，我們不保存完整卡號），以及網站平台 Wix 提供的一般流量分析與 Cookie。
使用方式：安排與進行課程、回覆你的問題、維護與改善網站。
我們不會出售你的個人資料，只會提供給營運網站、預約與付款所需的服務商（例如 Wix），或依法律要求提供。
YouTube 上傳工具：「EnglishJustin Uploader」使用 YouTube API 服務，只存取 Justin 自己的 YouTube 頻道，用來上傳、排程和管理 Justin 自己的影片，不會存取或保存其他 YouTube 使用者的資料。使用時適用 YouTube Terms of Service 與 Google Privacy Policy。可隨時在 Google security settings 撤銷授權。

This Privacy Policy explains how English Justin (www.englishjustin.com), operated by Justin Chen ("Justin", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects information. English Justin provides one-on-one online English lessons.
1. Information we collect
Contact and booking information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, lesson preferences and messages (for example through booking, contact or trial-lesson forms, chat, or email).
Payment-related details needed to process lesson purchases. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
Standard website analytics and cookies provided by our website platform (Wix), such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
2. How we use information
To schedule, deliver and follow up on lessons.
To reply to your questions and send lesson-related messages.
To operate, secure and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the website, bookings and payments (such as Wix), or when required by law.
3. YouTube uploader app (YouTube API Services)
Our application "EnglishJustin Uploader" uses YouTube API Services. It only accesses Justin's own YouTube channel, to upload, schedule and manage Justin's own videos. It does not access, collect or store data about other YouTube users or viewers.
By using content provided through YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Access granted to this app can be revoked at any time from your Google security settings (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).
4. Data retention and your choices
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@englishjustin.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
